However, if you are not completely satisfied with the information we are given, you may return it to us for a full refund, store credit, or exchange after purchase. RETURN POLICY

All returns must be postmarked within twenty (20) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

You can return the product in the following cases:
- If you received a physically damaged product after opening the package.
- If you do not get the product as we advertised.
- If you change your mind/Misplaced order, Please do not break the seal of the received product.

Refunds are made only when the product is not available in our ready stock, Change your mind/Misplaced order.

In case of a Misplaced Order:
- Check the product and match it with the invoice.
- Let us know as soon as possible
- Please do not break the seal of your received product & conserve the delivery packaging & invoice.
- Any exception will result in no return.

In case of Manufacturing Defect:
- Must inform us immediately after learning the defect.
- Any delay beyond 20 days will result in no return or replacement.

***Note: 1. The quality of the product depends on the manufacturer. Executive Ample has nothing to do with it. You cannot return a product if you do not like the product's quality. 2. Executive Ample will bear the delivery charges for 20 Days replacement warranty/Default warranty. The customer must bear the delivery charges for the General warranty claim.

Warranty Policy:

Warranty provided by Brands:
- Notify us within the warranty period of any inconsistency.
- Warranty claims will require at least 2 weeks of inspection before passing the claim.

Warranty provided by Executive Ample:
- Only applicable in case of a manufacturing defect.
- Must notify within 20 Days.
- Any delay will not be acceptable.
- Any exception will result in no return.

Refund Policy

Refunds
- Refunds are made only when the request is made within 20 calendar days of the purchase. And the purchased product must be in sealed/wrapped/intact condition (as delivered) to be eligible for a refund. Otherwise, there will be no option for any refund.
- Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
- If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your Bank Cards, Mobile Finance Service, or In-store Credits.
- You will receive the refund within 7-10 working days. The refund period may vary depending on your card issuer's policies.
Shipping
- You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.
- If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
