I like the bag. The look and feel is premium and my cat scratches it all the time but it doesn’t have one single scratch yet, which is the good part. Regarding service review of Executive Ample, well, the USB port feature was mentioned in the website and Facebook product details. Later on, upon receiving, I discovered that it didn’t have one. I was supposed to get an update on it the next day. But I had to call you around the late afternoon and ask you on it. Which I didn’t like is you caring enough to change the features in both of your website and page, but not caring enough to call the customer and communicate the facts. It's about transparency and good brand value. Going forward, I hope you try to focus on that. Otherwise, why should I get it from you and not someone else?
