Delivery Services

Delivery Timeframes
- Inside Dhaka: Delivery takes between 10 to 48 hours.
- Outside Dhaka: Delivery takes between 1 to 5 days.
Please note that these timeframes are indicative and subject to variations based on exact location and circumstances. Deliveries are not conducted on weekends and public holidays; such days should not be counted within the delivery timeframes.
Shipping Charges: Shipping charges ( 70 tk to 500 tk ) vary depending on the size, weight of the package, and the delivery location. All applicable shipping charges will be provided at the time of checkout based on the items in your order and the delivery address.
Payment Methods To provide flexibility and convenience, we offer several payment options:
- Cash on Delivery
- Bank Payment
- Bank Transfer (NPSB)
- Mobile Financial Services (MFS) Transfer
- Cheque Payment
Order Tracking Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS, which you can use to track your parcel’s status. This service enables you to follow your order from our warehouse right to your doorstep.
Additional Information
- Orders placed after 5 PM will be processed on the next business day.
- Return charge of 200 Tk will apply for all returns.
- We can ask partial payment of 300 BDT ( if the delivery success rate of your parcels falls below 90% )
- In case of any delay caused by unforeseen circumstances or beyond our control, we will communicate actively to keep you updated.
