20 Days Easy Replacements Policy

1. Item arrives damaged or is not working

* Please follow the warranty process and contact us within 20 days of the order being received. Must notify within 20 Days, Any delay will not be acceptable. Every single purchase is 100% risk-free each time you shop at Executive Ample.

* Customers must first send a clear photo/ video of the damaged or defective product or Wrong product and the shipping packaging. Please use good lighting, and a close to medium distance, so we can identify and verify the issue. please send attachments to [email protected]

* After Executive Ample has received the returned product, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your return product. If your return is approved, we will initiate to Replace within 2-5 working days.

Note: The quality of the product depends on the manufacturer. You cannot return a product if you do not like the product quality. For 20 Days replacement warranty/Default warranty Customer must bear the delivery charges.

Refund Policy

1. Refunds are made only when the returned item is not available in our stock or product is not as we advertised or Misplaced order, The purchased product must be in sealed/wrapped/intact condition (as delivered) to be eligible for a refund. Otherwise, there will be no option for any refund.

2. You will receive the refund within 5-7 working days.

3. The cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
