Warranty & Return Policy : 20 Days General Warranty Policies
1. Item arrives damaged or not working properly
2. In the case of Manufacturing Defect
3. If the product is not as we advertised ( Must notify within 24 hours & Please do not break the seal )
4. No Cancellation, No Return, No Exchange will be accepted unless the product is faulty or defected
- Please follow the warranty process and contact us within 20 days of the order being received. Must notify within 20 Days, Any delay will not be acceptable.
- Customers must first send a clear photo/ video of the damaged or defective product or Wrong product and the shipping packaging. Please use good lighting, and a close to medium distance, so we can identify and verify the issue. please send attachments to [email protected].
- After Executive Ample has received the returned product, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your return product. If your return is approved, we will initiate to Replace within 2-5 working days.
** Note:
1. The quality of the product depends on the manufacturer. You cannot return a product if you do not like the product quality.
2. Conserve the product packaging box & invoice. Warranty only applicable if the item condition is good. We won’t take any complaints if the product packaging box and package contents is missing.
3. Executive Ample will bear the delivery charges for 20 Days General Warranty & replacement warranty
Authorised Seller ( Brand ) Warranty Policy:
- Notify us during the warranty period.
- Warranty claims will require at least 2 weeks of inspection before passing the claim.Note : Customer must bear the delivery charges for Brand warranty claims. Any delay will not be acceptable. We won’t take any complaints if the product packaging box is missing.
Refund Policy
- Refunds are made only when the Order item / Returned item / Damage Item is not available in our stock or product is not as we advertised or Misplaced order.
- Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will notify you in 72 hour of the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
- If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your Bank Cards, Mobile Finance Service, or In-store Credits
- You will receive the refund within 2-10 working days. The cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
