Refunds are processed under the following circumstances:

  2. If the product received is not as advertised.

Upon receiving your returned item, we conduct a thorough inspection and promptly notify you of its arrival. Within 72 hours of inspection, we provide an update on the status of your refund.

Approved refunds are initiated to your selected payment method, which may include Bank Cards, Mobile Finance Service, or In-store Credits. Please allow 2-10 working days for the refunded amount to reflect in your account. It’s important to note that the cost of shipping or cost of payment gateway fee will be deducted from your refund.
