Good

I have submerged this item with tissue inside to check its watertight insulation capacity. I can now confirm that it stopped water ingress after being submerged for a brief time of about 2–3 minutes.

So it is not advisable to use it submerged, but it should work very well in rainfall to keep your phone or similar-shaped items dry.
